At EliteFindsStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging.

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items (if stated as final sale)

  • Custom or personalized products


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
